On the bus ride to school I sat in the same spot as before. So did Andrew, my friend. (Note from mom: Meghan tells me that she cried a little when getting on the bus, but her tears dried up before she got all the way on the first step.)
My teacher read a book to me and it was called If You Bring A Mouse to School. It was a really funny book. If you talk when Mrs. Deckman is reading you have to go back to your table, sit in your spot, put your head down with no eyes showing. Don't worry though, I didn't have to do that. I was quiet like a mouse not eating cheese. (Another note from mom: I know, I couldn't believe it either!)
After school, Auntie Katie picked me up from the bus stop. I was sooo excited! My bus driver thought she was my aunt, but I told him she was my AUNTIE. Then I played with my cousins, Alex and Audrey. The end.
